Subscription privacy

LMile (JQK Link Trading Pty Ltd) uses your email to confirm your request and send the rides, product news and offers you agree to receive. You must explicitly confirm on the email link page before joining the active list.

Only if you select the optional linking checkbox and confirm your email do we link this browser’s visits and actions from up to 90 days before submission, including bikes, booking steps and campaign source, to your email to understand your interests and marketing effectiveness. Later visits are not automatically added. You can subscribe without linking. Unsubscribing or deleting your subscription erases the link.

Subscription records are stored with Cloudflare and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. The list is accessible to authorised staff only. Unconfirmed requests are retained for up to 30 days. Active subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe; we then retain a minimal suppression record to prevent accidental mailings.

The website uses a first-party random browser identifier (up to 90 days) and tab sessions that expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. We retain approved page paths, actions, bikes, source, numeric ad IDs, device/browser/OS categories, language, rounded viewport size and network-derived approximate country, region, city, time zone and network number without automatic age-based deletion. IP addresses are separately encrypted for investigating abnormal traffic. Only authorised staff can reveal them on request. We do not collect form contents, full URLs, full user-agent strings, precise location or device fingerprints. Use the footer control to stop analytics and erase this browser’s journey and links. Unsubscribing or deleting your subscription also erases linked journeys. We respect DNT and GPC.
