Purchasing your bike in store
LMile sells complete bicycles in person from our showroom at 23/82 Levanswell Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189. We do not accept online orders for complete bicycles. Our website provides product information and test-ride bookings only.
After your test ride, you can select your bicycle, model and colour in store. The full purchase price is payable in store when you place your order. Your order is confirmed when LMile has received full payment and issued your receipt or order confirmation.
Once your order is confirmed, we prepare the bicycle specifically for handover. This includes unboxing, assembly where required, mechanical adjustment, safety and function checks, and final presentation.
For in-stock bicycles, preparation is usually completed within 1–3 business days. We will contact you when your bicycle is ready for collection.
02
Changes and cancellations before collection
To change or cancel your order before collection, email info@lmile.com.au and include your order or receipt reference. Your cancellation takes effect when we receive your email.
If you cancel because you change your mind, LMile may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Any deduction will be limited to actual, reasonable and documented costs and losses directly caused by the cancellation and which we could not reasonably avoid. This may include preparation work and any demonstrated reduction in the bicycle's resale value.
We will provide a breakdown of the deduction and refund the balance to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving your cancellation email, unless otherwise agreed.
If LMile is unable to supply the confirmed bicycle within a reasonable time, you may choose a full refund or discuss a suitable alternative with us. No cancellation fee applies.
03
Change-of-mind returns after collection
Because customers have the opportunity to inspect and test ride a bicycle before purchasing it in store, LMile does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit where you simply change your mind after collection. This includes where you no longer need the bicycle, prefer another colour or model, or have found the same product elsewhere.
04
Faults and your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your bicycle has a fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply to it, please contact us and provide your proof of purchase.
