The case for Aerra

The chassis is upgraded end-to-end: an AL6069T6 aerospace-alloy main beam thickened from 46 mm to 50 mm for better torsional stiffness, a four-bolt clamped head tube the factory measures at ~60% stiffer overall than the previous generation, a T800 carbon fork with a tapered steerer (factory: ~35% lighter and ~50% stiffer than a comparable alloy fork), and a carbon-fibre saddle and carbon-fibre easy wheels. The H30 carbon riser bar uses a standard 31.8 mm clamp so you can swap controls and stems freely.

7.5 kg with pedals, easy wheels, and saddle — about 10% lighter than the previous S5 generation. Lift it onto a tram with one finger.

T800 carbon fibre fork
A part normally reserved for $3,000+ road bikes. The factory measures it ~35% lighter and ~50% stiffer than a comparable alloy fork — you feel it most as cleaner damping over tram tracks and patched asphalt.
